This composite is a temperature switch that induces the express of EGFP and makes the bacteria to show fluorescence under temperature of below 36 degree Celsius. TlpA36 is a temperature sensitive protein which is capable of repressing the pTlpA promoter under temperature of below 36 degree Celsius, thus repress the expression of PenI repressor. As a result, EFGP will express.
